We've Found Your Funds!

We've all heard that if it sounds to good to be true...it probably is.

Well, rest assured, this isn't one of "those" things, and if  you give us the opportunity, we'll prove to you the funds we've identified are yours. If you've received a letter, postcard, or telephone call from our organization, it is because we've located funds that we believe are rightfully yours.

Process legal documents

Deliver your funds

Locating the funds

Our company performs an

extensive analysis of government agencies' lists and documents, to locate funds owed to private citizens.

Finding You

Our next step is to contact you, the owner of the funds we have located.  We call and send out mail to let you know about your legal rights to claim the funds.  Why the overflow of communication? There is a deadline!

If a claim for your funds isn't made in time, the funds often "escheat" to the agency holding them. This means you can no longer claim them.  So our company works quickly for our clients to recover what is owed to them as quickly as possible.

Compliance

We send a notary public local to your area, at your desired date and time, for you to sign legal paperwork allowing us to get begin the process of work for you.
The notary will send the paperwork package back to us & we start the
legal-work which might include working with an attorney and even the courts (at no expense to you).

Receipt of Funds

The final step is to collect the funds that will be placed into business segregated (trust) account. It usually takes fourteen days or more for the checks to clear depending of the amount received. Once the check is cleared and the thirty day windows pass we write you a check and mail it either by FedEx or UPS 2nd day air. At this point, we have accomplished our mission to reunite the money with their rightful owner and repeat the process with another person on our list.
